After a lot of consideration, I have decided to eliminate monthly house cleanings. If you are currently a monthly customer of ours, then you are grandfathered in, but I cannot accept new monthly customers. Most of our residential customers are weekly or every other week. And it is difficult to maintain a consistment schedule for our monthly clients. So, I have decided to make new monthlies more of a "as needed" client. All you have to do is email or call me to set up your next cleaning, and I will take care of you. For example, we recently started a new monthly customer. When it was time to return after the 4 week period, she was not expecting us - and I understand, since 4 weeks is a long time. So, I thought the best solution for her was to call when she needs us. I think sometimes people think they need to be monthly to retain us. And that is not the case at all.
